Rates: Daily $125.00/Weekly $750.00 (plus state GE & TAT tax 13.25%)

• Main House: single/double occupancy (children under 16 stay free)
  Additional adults at $10.00 per night per person
• Adjacent 3rd Bedroom: additional $25.00 per day / $150 per week
  for extra Single/Double occupancy
• Cleaning fee: $60.00 - $100.00 depending on the number of guests and length of stay.
• Two night minimum stay. ***Four nights or more reserved dates includes one-one hour therapeutic massage or a tropical organic facial from a licensed clinician.

Payment Policy:
A $100.00 deposit ( towards total charge), paid by credit card or check, received within 7 days of making your reservation, confirms your accommodation dates.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. I accept check (preferred) MasterCard/Visa (credit card over the phone only)

***Balance due, paid by credit card will be charged an additional 4 % of the balance due amount (less the deposit paid) as a credit card transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of you canceling, there will be a $50.00 fee payable. Cancellation prior to 60 days of your arrival date will allow for a full refund less fee (except within holiday and high season periods).
Cancellation within 60 days of your arrival date, deposit is only refundable if the same time is re-booked.

Any credit card charges incurred with a cancellation will also be deducted from a refund.
Cancellation of holiday and high season rental periods is only refundable for the same dates that are re-booked. (Holiday periods are: Spring break, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, Labour Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend. High season dates are: December 15th through April 30th. And July 1st through September 15th.)
